Torajan coffee, a legendary coffee from a sub-district called Bittuang from South Sulawesi Indonesia, known as “the Queen of coffee” since 19th century by coffee lovers around the world. Bittuang sits at an elevation of about 1500-2000 meters above sea level and volcanic land. The coffee plantations are cultivated by small holder farmers rather than a company, using traditional methods.
